001 Live Matchcenter push-to-refresh

In the context of refreshing the live matchcenter, facing the need for a refresh strategy,

we decided for a push-to-refresh strategy and neglected an API polling strategy and event-driven broadcasting strategy, to achieve reduced API requests increasing performance, accepting the live matchcenter is not real-time,

because polling is not future-proof and performant and event-driven broadcasting takes a lot of effort to realise.
