003 Live Matchcenter event-broadcasting scheduling strategy

In the context of the live matchcenter event-broadcasting architecture, facing the need to schedule broadcasting,

we decided for an integration with BullMQ and neglected settings up crons or manually starting matches, to achieve increased flexibility, performance and availability, accepting complexity,

because not only does BullMQ offers an event-driven solution that will increase performance and availability, it will allow for communications between systems in the future.
