013 Live Matchcenter events phases

In the context of live matchcenter event phases, facing the need to share unavailable Statsperform match phases like kick-off, half-time and game-end,

we decided to programatically add these phases to the timeline in the API and neglected to either not share these phases or move the business logic to the API, to achieve a single source of truth blueprint for the timeline, accepting the creation of custom business logic on top of Statsperform data.
