004 Live Matchcenter event-broadcasting schedule creation

In the context of the live matchcenter event-driven broadcasting, facing the need to schedule a match to start broadcasting,

we decided to use Sanity Webhooks with BullMQ and neglected crons or on-demand kickstarting of event broadcasting, to achieve flexibility and human-in-the-loop scheduling, accepting complexity,

because content-editors need to enrich the matchcenter via Sanity by default and this option allows for a neatly documented and straight-up integration.
