011 Live Matchcenter event-broadcasting testability

In the context of the live matchcenter, facing the need to ensure historical matchcenter compatibility

we decided to create a replay feature being able to replay previous matches from internal storage, to achieve the possibility to retrace errors,

because errors during broadcasting could else never be reproduced.
