006 Live Matchcenter event-broadcasting polling

In the context of the live matchcenter event-driven broadcasting, facing the need to start polling when the schedule is triggered,

we decided to use a separate worker and neglected implementing polling directly into the API, to achieve seperation of concerns, increased flexibility, increased performance and availability, accepting increased complexity.
