025 Live Matchcenter event-broadcasting event setup

In the context of the live matchcenter, facing the need to poll Statsperform regularly,

we decided to always broadcast every 30 seconds and neglected diffing changes for updates, to achieve reduced complexity and quicker time-to-market, accepting that this leads to increased updates sent to touchpoints,

because it’s not yet known if more updates lead to any issues.
