011 Live Matchcenter event-broadcasting historical compatibility

In the context of the live matchcenter, facing the need to ensure historical matchcenter compatibility,

we decided to store every event broadcasted to BullMQ from the worker in a database and neglected to accept no historical compatibility, historical integrity, accepting decreased flexibility and increased costs,

because not doing this would lead to failing matchcenters in previous seasons.
