019 Live Matchcenter static data

In the context of the live matchcenter, facing the need to display the match day in the native app,

we decided to keep matchday business logic in the API and neglected directly integrating this into the native app, to achieve consolidated business logic, accepting that this requires extra functionality in the API,

because the native app should be as dumb as possible to reduce possible bugs.
